Print it out, grab your teen, and go through it together.

And please do not just hand it to them and call it financial education. 😂

Have the conversation.

Let them work through the 20-round challenge.

Ask them the questions.

Then have them explain compounding back to you in their own words.

That is where the learning gets good.

HERE’S WHAT I REALLY WANT THEM TO GET

Yes, they are going to learn the math behind compounding.

But this lesson is bigger than 5%.

I want our kids learning early that money is a tool.

I want them understanding that their dollars can be their employees.

I want them learning to think about structure, growth, skill, stewardship, and what happens when they build on what they already have instead of constantly starting over.

Because most of us were taught how to earn money.

We were not necessarily taught how to understand it.

And there is a difference.
