WORKING HARD IS NOT THE PROBLEM.
I believe in work. Responsibility. Showing up. Taking care of what God placed in your hands.
But here’s something most of us were never taught to calculate:
We look at the MONEY attached to work... without really looking at the TIME attached to earning it.
We know our salary. We know when payday is. We know how much PTO we have.
But how often do we stop and ask:
How much of my LIFE does my current plan require?
MONEY IS A TOOL.
TIME IS A RESOURCE TOO.
And both require stewardship.
This number is not telling you to quit your job. It’s telling you to PAY ATTENTION.
Because you can’t steward something you’ve never stopped to look at.
OKAY... NOW I NEED TO KNOW. 😂

Because somebody you know has probably NEVER calculated theirs either.
Your spouse. Your sister. Your best friend. That coworker you’re always texting from the parking lot. 😂

WHAT DID GOD PUT ON YOUR HEART?
Because THIS is where the conversation gets bigger than a calculator.
Maybe there’s something you keep coming back to.
Something you want to build. Somebody you want to help. Something you want to create. Something you want to give to. Something you want to leave for your children.
Maybe it’s ministry. Maybe it’s your family. Maybe it’s a business. Maybe it’s your community.
Maybe it’s something that feels bigger than you.
But somehow... it keeps getting pushed to later.
Later, when you have more time. Later, when you can get the PTO approved. Later, when work slows down. Later, when somebody else’s schedule is no longer deciding what you have room to say yes to.
And THAT is a stewardship conversation.
Because stewardship isn’t only about money.
What are we doing with the:
MONEY
TIME
ABILITY
OPPORTUNITY
and RESPONSIBILITY
God has placed in our hands?
That question matters.
THAT IS THE LENS I BRING TO FINANCIAL EDUCATION.
Because most of us were taught how to work for money.
We were not necessarily taught how to understand money. How to evaluate opportunity. How to recognize risk. How to make informed financial decisions.
And that matters to me.
