Your initial training purchase includes access to the core program as described on the checkout page. Ongoing community/coaching access (if offered) is optional and billed monthly until you cancel. See the checkout page for current pricing and terms.

8) Recordings & Live Sessions

Live sessions may be recorded for educational review. Access is for enrolled members’ personal use only.

9) Conduct & Community Standards

We maintain a respectful, faith-forward environment. Harassment, abuse, or sharing proprietary materials outside the community may result in removal without refund.

10) Intellectual Property

All content, trainings, and downloads are for your personal use as a student. Reproduction or redistribution without written permission is prohibited.

11) Refunds & Cancellations

Core Training: Unless explicitly stated otherwise on the checkout page, purchases are non-refundable once access is granted.
Monthly Community: Cancel any time before the next billing date to avoid future charges. Partial-month refunds are not provided.

12) Chargebacks, Good-Faith Resolution & Liquidated Damages

12.1 Talk to Us First. If you believe a billing error occurred, email cheriese@cheriesekristine.com within 5 business days of the charge so we can investigate and correct any mistake. We resolve most issues quickly.

12.2 Card-Network Rights. Nothing here limits your rights under Visa/Mastercard/AmEx/Discover rules. If any part of this Section conflicts with applicable card-network or processor rules, those rules control.

12.3 Liquidated Damages for Bad-Faith Chargebacks. If (a) you receive access to our program/services and (b) you initiate a card chargeback without first allowing the good-faith resolution period in 12.1, or you file a dispute that is determined to be in bad faith (for example: claiming “item not received” after logging in and using the materials), you agree to pay $1,000 as liquidated damages to cover our anticipated administrative time, investigation and response, processor/dispute fees, and account management costs. This amount is our reasonable pre-estimate of probable loss at the time of contracting and not a penalty. If a court or arbitrator finds $1,000 unenforceable or excessive, it will be reduced to the maximum enforceable amount.

12.4 How Assessed. Liquidated damages will be invoiced separately (not charged to your payment card) and are due upon issuance. Non-payment may be referred to collections as allowed by law.

12.5 No Double Recovery. We will not both collect liquidated damages and seek additional actual damages for the same conduct; if liquidated damages are collected, they are the sole monetary remedy for that breach.

13) Offer Transparency

When we present time-limited pricing or bonuses, the window and terms will be accurate and clearly shown on the checkout page.

14) Affiliates & Recommendations

We may recommend tools or services and could receive compensation if you purchase via our links. We only recommend resources we believe add value and will disclose affiliate relationships where they appear.

15) International Users

Access to brokerage features (including options) varies by country. You are responsible for complying with local laws and your broker’s requirements.

16) Taxes

We do not provide tax advice. Trading gains/losses and membership fees may have tax implications. Consult your tax professional.
